Who Raised a Stein for Salmon?
These people all did!!!!
On Saturday, March 1, 2008 over 120 supporters of Central Coast Salmon Enhancement came out to support our efforts at the Second Annual Salmon 'n Steins. The beer was flowing, the polka was pumping and the Salmon Enhancement staff was sweating. With the help of the amazing managment and staff at Old Vienna Restaurant and Beer Garden, Salmon Enhancement staffers worked hard waiting tables and serving our members. It was hard work, and while some of us may not be the most efficient servers (Sarah, you know who you are), we were lucky to have understanding guests who enjoyed themselves enough to tip our staff. All of those generous tips have gone to support our efforts.
If you were not able to attend, but would still like to tip these cute waitress and waiters, guess what? You still can. Just put your 75% tip off what would have been a $15,000 bar bill in the mail and we will send you an after-dinner mint! It'll be money put towards a great cause! Or you can at least make sure your 2008 Membership is current.

We'd like to thank the crew at Old Vienna. The bartenders, the bussers, the cooks, the hostesses...everyone made this a fantastically fun event. The food was phenomenal, as it always is. Be sure to add Old Vienna to your list of restaurants to dine at! We'd also like to thank the volunteers who helped make this event happen. Harold Barr went out and spread the word through posters and postcards. John and Dan bussed tables
